Pls help idk what to do

I tried to start Long Vinter after downloading it and i got a pop up message saying “X3DAudio1_7.dll” couldnt be found and that maybe reinstalling the game would help..
Spoiler: it didnt, how can a file from the game IN the game be missing if i bought the whole thing?? Only thing i didnt buy was the DLC which was only a soundtrack so nothing really important to me..
How do i find the file and how do I add it to the game.. Im a bit frustrated rn bc i just wanted to play and now nothing is working again

Edit: I tried installing it 6 times now and the file is somehow still missing
