Not able to join servers

I can’t join any servers but why I’ve tried everything someone please help

My friend and i am experiencing the same problem. But at least i can still join the server we are used to play with but she can’t. Does anyone has any solution? Also in server lists lot’s of server giving a error as “version mismatch”. If anybody knows the right solution please dm me
