Server problem

Hello everybody, I still have a problem with my server, at the same time my server is launched, I find it in the list of servers. However when I click to log in on it:
**- either the game sends me back to the main menu

or I have an infinite loading time_**

Even if I restart the game and server the problem remains.

Is this a home server or is it through G-portal? I know me and at least one other have a ticket in with G-portal as it seems after the update there’s been a lot of issues. If its’ through them put in a ticket, the more folks letting them know the better.

Might be a port issue then, did you open up all the ports needed (7777, 27015, and 27016)
